About Next Minyan

Local minyan schedules across the Greater Five Towns, including Far Rockaway.

Schedule facts are retrieved from GoDaven’s public listing interface. This independent app is not affiliated with GoDaven or the listed shuls. Each listing links to its original source and shows the source’s last update date. Public listings may be incomplete or out of date. Refresh checks the same listings for changes; new shuls can be added in a future import.

Sunrise, sunset, and other zmanim are calculated on your device using @hebcal/core. Zmanim use sea-level coordinates and New York time. Different calendars can differ by a minute or more. Relative rules honor GoDaven’s offsets, rounding, time limits, and active date ranges. Yom Tov is excluded, and special days may have additional changes; confirm those with the shul.

The app stores favorites and cached schedules in your browser. Your location is used on your device only. Fetching a public listing sends the normal web request to GoDaven. The app does not use analytics, accounts, or a database.
